New Listings: This week, we welcomed 121 fresh opportunities, showing a modest 4% dip from the previous week. However, we’re holding strong with a 1% gain compared to 2022. The market’s rhythm is steady! 
Pendings: 84 properties are on their way to finding their new happy owners – a 13% dip from the previous week. While we’re down 28% compared to last year, Peoria’s market is still full of promise. 
Showings: With a total of 1,065 showings, the Peoria market is still very much alive and kicking! We’re up 2% from last week, and even though we’re down 15% compared to 2022, buyers are still actively searching for their dream homes. 
Solds: 76 properties found their perfect match this week. While this number shows a slight dip, remember, we’re still in a seller’s market, and there’s a world of opportunity waiting!
